20 May , Tuesday 2008 : Jamtse Tsoling (Compassionate Lake) This lake situated between Tsojhe Khangsar Hospital and Camp No. 2, Tibetan Settlement Bylakuppe is specifically maintained and up-graded by Sera Jhe Health Care Committee to release and preserve the lives that survive in water. It is run under the Animal life saving and preservation programme.

12 January , Monday 2009 : Waste Disposal System Sera Jhe Health Care Committee´s green workers conduct door to door collection of garbage and clean the entire monastic community surroundings every morning. Earlier, when the population of the monastery was 2000, some hostels were built in the middle of the large monastic area.
