Our staff Sera Jhe Health Care Committee (SJHCC), is a non-profit charitable organization registered under the Karnataka society registration Act XXI of 1960. The management of SJHCC is run by the Abbot and four board members democratically elected by the representatives of the general monks for a term of three years and assisted by voluntary staff from the monastic community.
