To provide adequate and holistic health care service to all the monks of Sera Monastery free of cost, and more than 50 % concession to local Indians and lay Tibetans through allopathic western medicine with the integration of indigenous Tibetan system of medicine.
To provide clean water supply for all the monks of Sera Jhe Monastery.
To clean the surrounding of entire monastic community and handle daily collection and disposal of wastes.
To ensure TB patient of all categories receive medical care and treatment for eradication of the disease, and to control the further growth of Tuberculosis in the community.
To implement programs and projects for prevention and curative community health care services including vaccination and immunization, sanitation, health education, field clinics, dietary improvements, etc.
To provide emergency medical relief fund for the monks of Sera Jhe Monastery who has to go through major operation in bigger hospitals.
Sponsorship program for poor and needy.(new arrivals from Tibet, Local Tibetan and monks from Himalayan region)
