The dental clinic is headed by a dental therapist of more than 16 years of experience and assistance. They are capable of performing all the major treatments such as amalgam filling, Glass Incomer filling, Composite Resin filling, Scaling, Root Canal treatment, Extraction etc. We offer 75% concession on any dental treatment. Occasionally voluntary dentists visit our clinic and offer their services. We also organize dental awareness and training program at our Health Centre by inviting Dentists from various institutions around the world.

X-Ray and Electro Cardio-Gram (ECG) are efficiently done at a small fee while free tests are done for TB patients. On an average, 150 patients visit this department each month.

Laboratory test are also done at nominal fee. About 100 Lab tests are done each month. Most of the cases are Diabetes and Sputum test. Blood grouping tests are done free of cost for those who donate blood.

Majority of the Monastic community covered by our health care services are destitute and poor monks who fled Tibet in recent years leaving behind whatever they own. We rely on the kind financial assistance of our sponsors and well-wishers for funds to fulfill our commitments.

The inpatient ward can accommodate 10 patients. This service is offered free of cost. Patients can also occupy rooms from the guesthouse which is specially earmarked for patients who need privacy and can afford to pay the rent. On average about 50 patients are admitted each month with various health problems.
